About Rockware Justice
Rockware Justice was started in 2005 when a joint venture between the Sandusky County Clerk of Courts and Team Ray was initiated to develop an affordable and user friendly Common Pleas Case Management System utilizing the latest technology available. The system includes a case management segment, judicial calendar, and cash book manager. The system will launch April 2nd 2010. Packages for Municipal and County Courts will soon follow.

Affordability – Due to Team Ray’s low overhead and large variety of customer types the base price of Rockware Justice will be offered at a fraction of the cost of traditional case management software packages. Team Ray also will not charge annual license fees after installation is complete. All service work will be charged on an hourly basis. Exact pricing will be determined 3rd Quarter 2010.
Compatibility – Rockware Justice is built on the latest non-proprietary Microsoft software development tools including SQL Server, Visual Studio.Net, and Microsoft Office. Rockware Justice is ODBC compliant and can easily integrate with most 3rd party software applications.
Flexibility –A base Rockware Justice package can be customized to streamline any unique operation. Additional software packages can also be created to integrate directly with Rockware Justice to minimize double handling across different agencies. Functionality -Several functions that Rockware Justice has that separate it from other case management software are listed below:
A central storage database table for all names/organizations and all related information is included. Everytime an update is made an archive record is saved with the previous information.
An Audit Trail that will record all database inserts, updates, and deletes by login, computer name, and timestamp is included. This information will be stored in a searchable log for use by an administrator.
Customizable security is included to allow pin point control of who can do what.
All Rockware solutions include historical logs for quick filtering of data and the ability to deliver complex reports with the click of a button. It also is laid out for quick moving from one screen to another screen without having to exit or reopen a second instance.
